Cycle of Life:Sea Turtle Glass Sculpture – Mrs. Loggerhead custom clay carapace

I am in Georgia working with Carol Webb, team member and owner of C3 Studios, finishing the oil spill sections and working on slumping the glass carapace of Mrs. Loggerhead.  This is requiring a clay model, then both a bisque and plaster mold, (two separate firings in kiln) to get the dimensions we need to fit in and over the cast glass plastron.
